Why this site exists

FOG the film and this site share an audience: women with narcissistic mothers deciding how much contact to keep, including whether to go No Contact. The articles are meant to be useful on their own — calm, practical, without medical claims — and to give people a door into the film when they’re ready.

Explore the four contact options, narcissistic mothers, or crisis resources.
